Helping an outdoor eyewear company see their brand clearly
Zeal Optics has always had a clear purpose: build high-performance, experience-enhancing, green eyewear designed for people who live and breathe the outdoors. And all along they’be been guided by a simple ethos of use less, give back, and explore more. But articulating that conviction as a cohesive, ownable brand voice in a crowded outdoor market required more than a mission statement. It needed language that could carry the brand's personality across every touchpoint.
The project centered on developing a brand essence that captured what makes Zeal distinctly Zeal: passionate, purposeful, and unapologetically adventure-driven. The work involved translating the brand's sustainability commitments and outdoor authenticity into a clear, compelling voice framework that could guide copy across product, retail, and marketing channels, giving thebrand a consistent creative foundation to build from.
